Kindergartners are learning so much every day-I try to create projects that are loosely linked to some of the things they are learning in their general ed classrooms. This project combines their new confidence in reading color words and their growing art skills. The kids color and cut out 6 crayons that are labeled with the primary and secondary colors. Then the crayons are put into a "box" that is folded construction paper with their name on it.
